Students engage in Extremism training

As part of our education about British Values, a group of students from year 10, alongside the SMSC ambassadors, completed training about people who were formerly extremists. They explored the root causes of extremist behaviour and studied how individuals from various different groups were reformed. Going forward, the group will be sharing their learning experience with the rest of the school through Well-being Wednesday and assemblies.  A huge thank you to Mark and Gemma from the Tim Parry and Jonathan Ball Peace Foundation for running the event.
